Managing the external connections
As an administrator, you can add new external configurations for users and/or view the details of all existing external connections in the database table by selecting “External Connection Administration” from the “Advanced” area.

How does it help?
This feature helps to view and manage the following external configuration information for an administrator:

- Create new external connections.
- View all existing external connections
- Update existing external connections
- Disable existing external connections.
Create new external connections
To create new external connections, select the
icon and enter the configuratioEn details like “Name,” “Description,” “Base URL,” and “Authentication Method” in the “Add New Configuration” dialog.

View all existing connections
You can see all the existing connections with details like “Name,” “Description,” “Host,” Status,” and “Action” in the database table on the “External Connections Administration” page.

Update existing connections
To modify any details such as “Name,” “Description,” “Base URL,” “Authentication Method,” “Token Type,” “Header Name,” or “Token” in an existing external connection, select Edit from the “Action” column on the database table. 
Enter the new values in the respective data fields and click Save to update the details for an existing external connection.

Disable existing connections
To disable an existing external connection, select Disable from the “Action” column on the database table.
