What is Download Reasons Administration?
Download Reasons administration is where BLUE administrators create and edit reasons for downloading a file. It is accessible from BLUE by selecting ‘Download Reasons Administration’ from the Advanced administration menu.
In the Download Reasons Administration page, an administrator can:

- Create a new download reason
- Enable / disable the download reasons
Creating new download reasons
To create a new download reason, click the Add Download Reason 
button. In the Add Download Reasons dialog, give the new Reason, select the Reason Status and save it.
Note: Once the reason has been saved, it cannot be edited or deleted.
Enabling/Disabling download reasons
In the download administration page, you can see the list of download reasons that have been configured. And you can activate or deactivate each reason.
When a download reason is Inactive you will see an Enable button Clicking this button changes the status of the reason to Active.
When a download reason is Active you will see a Disable button. Clicking this button changes the status of the reason to Inactive.
